Collectors can support the institution of art and culture. They provide such support in the interests of the Institution as defined by the Institution itself, respecting its autonomy, acquisition and curatorial choice, without expecting any direct support for themselves or their collection.

Vladimir Dubossarsky "Grandpa's fair tiles"

SUPPORT FOR INSTITUTIONS, BUT NOT INFLUENCE ON THEM Collectors guarantee that support is not provided and cannot be perceived as affecting any aspect of the curatorial, procurement, programmatic, organizational or financial autonomy of the supported institution.

SUPPORT FOR INSTITUTIONS WITHOUT CONDITIONS Collectors do not offer support to the Institutions in exchange for the fact that the Institution shows works of art from their collection or the works of artists from their collection. They can provide support for the display of such works of art only if requested by the Institution, the request is independent and is indeed based on the pre-existing independent curatorial choice of the Institution. Collectors do not lend or give works of art depending on how widely and for how long the work of art will be displayed in the Institution, at exhibitions, catalogues, on websites or in other relevant documentation.

REFUSAL OF ARTISTIC "LAUNDERING" Collectors do not support the Institutions to improve their personal, family or corporate image (i.e. for the purpose of "laundering works of art").

TRANSPARENCY OF RESOURCES Collectors strive to be transparent about the source of their financial resources and other activities they finance (for example, political campaigns) to enable supported institutions to make informed decisions about making or refusing support.

DOCUMENTATION AND DISCLOSURE OF INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT Collectors demand from the supported Institution that support be formalized in advance in a detailed written document aimed at protecting the autonomy of the Institution and its interests. Collectors disclose support information and request it from the supported Institution (for example, in catalogues, communication materials related to supported activities, annual reports, etc.) if such disclosure does not pose a physical danger to the Institution or Collector (for example, kidnapping in some regions of the world). Such disclosure is aimed only at transparency, covers only the actual description of support and should not be equated with self-promotion.
