Collectors order or support the production of works of art responsibly and fairly, never abusing their position of power to interfere with artistic content or receive any illegal advantages.

DOCUMENTATION OF PRODUCTION OR ORDER OF WORKS OF ART By supporting the production or commissioning of a work of art, Collectors shall ensure the provision of coordinated support on the basis of a written contract with the artist and, if applicable, his dealer or another representative. Such a contract reflects fair and balanced negotiations and is never offensive or unfair in favour of the Collector, but is agreed in the interests of the artist and the work of art. Such a contract describes all the conditions and includes the general process and terms, a detailed financial agreement, the desired result and conditions of the exhibition.

EXECUTION OF A PRODUCTION OR REGISTERED APPLICATION By supporting the production or exhibiting of a work of art, the Collectors guarantee that concerted support is always provided unless such a work of art meets the conditions agreed in the written contract.

TRANSPARENCY OF COMMISSION OR PRODUCTION SUPPORT By supporting the production or introduction of a work of art, Collectors openly disclose information about Support when a work of art is shown or mentioned in public places.

DOES NOT AFFECT ARTISTIC CONTENT IN PRODUCTION OR ORDER WORKS OF With the support of the creation of a work of art and when ordering a work of art, Collectors do not influence the artistic content of the work of art, except for the initial coordination with the artist of the terms of the order, except in response to the artist's request.

PAYMENT OF FAIR MARKET PRICES FOR THE PRODUCTION OR ORDER OF ARTWORK When purchasing works of art that they have produced or ordered, Collectors pay a fair market price, taking into account the funds already provided and, by mutual agreement, an additional discount that recognizes the Collectors' adherence to the process, but is not exploitative.
